1st time in the door to the last time I was always treated with respect and care that I received the best help.
If I could give 10 stars I would. Very seldom have I had more pleasant, informative and helpful visits than I have had from Jennifer and Mabelerose at the Miracle Ear location in Seneca SC. This is the first time since I purchased my hearing aids that the staff was interested in helping me get the full use of my device and not just getting my money.
MS. Roberts was very helpful in teaching me on how to use my new hearing aids. She was very nice and friendly.
My mom just recently got her new hearing aids and both my parents have very high regards for the services they have received and they just love Mabelrose.they said she goes above and beyond to help. My parents are Nelda and Bill Medlin and are 89 and 93 years old and love the people and services. A big thank you to Mabelrose..
