One of the best experiences I have ever had. Robert Saylor was so great. He took time, I never felt rushed and he provided me with so much knowledge about hearing loss I never knew. He made me feel like I was a very important custoer. He is the best. I am enjoying my new hearing aids very much.
Bob fitted my 94 year old grandfather with his first hearing aids. From our first visit through all the subsequent visits Bob has been kind and patient with not only my grandfather, but towards me too.
