The people are fabulous. Friendly and helpful. The product is horrible, cost way too much money. There is no way I would ever buy there. I was really excited when I got there because the place was so nice and the people were so nice and I thought this is where I'm going to get my hearing aids and then he started talking prices and I couldn't believe it. The people who need hearing aids are mostly old people and old people cannot afford those kind of prices.
I am writing this review for my Grandma. She says that she felt that they had a very thorough examination process. She had a good experience.
I`ve been coming here for years, l`m very satisfied with their work and the way they treat me.
Everyone at this center is no less than awesome! Highly recommend them if you have any sort of hearing issues.
I called wellsboro office due to cochlear part that needed replaced. My husband & I were leaving on a trip next day. The office got me right in, part replaced at no charge, and Katie took me right in. Didn’t need to wait at all! Thank you Katie! I’m terrible at names, but I think it was Katie!
