Josh in Miles city office is always accommodating and friendly and tries hard to make me heat better all the time …
I purchased my hearing aids before Josh and his wife took over the local office. I thought the aids they wanted to make for me were expensive but I was told that allowing my hearing loss to progress for 30 to 35 years with no correction made the more expensive aids necessary if I was to regain understanding as well as volume. Josh has been great about maintenance of my aids and especially about encouraging me to keep wearing them consistently for best results, even though I live alone.
