I am very pleased with my aids. I am also very pleased with Michele
Michele saved my vacation! I was out of my state on vacation and my hearing aids weren't working. I stopped in the store and the receptionist was very helpful. She informes me Michele would be with me as soon as possible. After a short wait Michele escorted me into her office. She was so friendly and understanding of my predicament! After a thorough cleaning and other magical adjustments she had my hearing aids up and running! Thank you so much!!!
Staff seemed very kind. They had fitted my step mom a month or more before she passed away. The representative that returned my call had relayed she was the one who’d fitted her and that my step mom had mentioned she was enjoying hearing the birds again. It meant a lot to know she had gotten to before she passed.
