I was seen by Alexis and was very pleased with my entire experience. Alexis was thorough, professional and organized, provided detailed explanations and was also warm and friendly. I would recommend having a hearing evaluation with her, knowing about your hearing provides you with valuable insight.
I write this review on behalf of my grandma who has had nothing but trouble with the service this company has provided her. My grandmother, whom I love very much, was getting hard of hearing, so she heard from a friend to go to this place to get hearing aids. Unfortunately, they got her to spend around 5 thousand dollars for hearing aids with lifetime "service". Up until now service was excellent as of Nov 17 2022 service has been less than poor I have left msg no answer talked to msg center they promised to get answers 4 d!as still no response guess I have write nasty ltr to Corp
Tyler was an well experienced and professional young man. The testing procedure was spot on and customer friendly. As a retired misconduct and fraud investigator for the NYS doh I am very impressed and would recommend this service and technician. Thanks for the great service Tyler
