Milagros is lovely. During this time of quarantine, she's made herself available via online for consultations. Via our conversations Ive learned so much about my body, how to care for it, and ways I can become a healthier person overall. She is incredibly attentive and always provides suggestions for tools I could use to enhance my wellbeing. Highly recommend setting a time up to speak with her! :)
Milagros is a rare combination of human that has deep skill and embodied groundedness.
