My nonprofit has been using this company for several years for business taxes and then this year when we went pick up our taxes and had extra $200 charge. When we spoke to the accountant, Cynthia said our accounts weren't rectified and instead of contacting us to make the fix, she just went ahead and put in the extra hours to fix it. But then charged us a $200 fee without letting us make the change to avoid the charge.
