The owner of the Capistrano Beach location owns 4-5 other places. This is review is of her Garden Grove locations --Her places are DUMPS!!!! Your loved one will die quickly here!! It's falling apart and no obvious repairs have been done in years and years. Many of these board and Care Homes are rentals, this one is, which are always the worst board and cares.
