Mirabai's energy is rejuvenating. Especially with the abdomen massage, this is the kind of self care everyone should benefit from once a year: more than physical relaxation, it is an emotional detox. She works to remove hidden layers and I came out feeling like a newborn baby :) Perfect for the start of the summer! Thank you and I can't recommend it enough
