Mira is fantastic! She is at a new location from when I first started booking appointments with her, but it is a nice place and she has set up her massage room just as welcoming as before! I don't do massages! And then there is Mira. I have had on and off again lower back pain, knee issues, shoulder pain and a scar across the middle of my back from 40+ years ago (which is now almost completely gone). Mira is amazing. She asks questions, watches how you walk, sit, and move. Mira is amazing! She helps me with body aches, chronic neck pain, and headaches. She is incredibly professional. And I love how she takes the time to educate me on how interconnected the body is and how I can do better for my body (such as body posture awareness or stretching techniques). Mira is amazing! She provides a therapeutic massage and works with her clients to provide relief from specific issues. This is not your typical 'feel good' massage. Her depth of knowledge enabled her to make a true difference in my health. I looked for years for a massage therapist who could provide this level of expertise in the River Valley, once I found Mira I knew my search was over. I have been getting massages for about 15 years now and have been seeing Mira for about 2 years. Mira has been the first massage therapist that has found the root cause of some of my issues then was able to fix them. I would recommend Mira to anyone who is wanting a true therapeutic medical massage.
