Our experience has been fabulous. We were referred by an uncle on a Sunday afternoon. I submitted an inquiry following his call and soon after received a call from the President of the company. Monday morning I traveled to Corpus and Monday afternoon I met with our consultant. We could not have gotten through this process without her in the amount of time we did. Caring professionals!
My brother has Huntington's disease and is presently under the temporary guardianship of Lina with MIr after I asked the local court for help with caring for my brother. I am sickened by not only the lack of care but the lack of compassion from this group. You need specifics; My brother lost over 20 pounds everyone who knows him agrees. Mir denied this and reported a loss of only 2 lbs citing only the weigh-ins from the 3rd residence while he was under their control.
