I asked if he charges to diagnose, he said no. Then proceeded to charge me $35 due to water damage(it was not water damaged)
I brought in my 13 pro max that I've had cracked for about a month. I called ahead and asked for prices. Guy on the phone said cheap screen is good for phone so I took his word for it. Took my phone in he swapped the screen out withing 30 minutes. When time came to pay he mentioned that the front screen does not have warranty and if any other compartment of the phone doesn't work to bring it back so he can claim warranty and fix it. I fixed my SAMSUNG GALAXY S25 ULTRA. it was a super great experience. The price was 300 usd for change my screen. I don't know but im satisfied.
