Using MiPhone Doctor was the worst decision I’ve made. Better off just getting a new phone instead of going here. I took my iPhone 14 here to fix my cracked screen. That’s the only issue my phone had. Wish I would have never gave them $240 to ruin my phone even further. My volume buttons no longer work. My phone does not fit in my case due to the cheap screens they use. My screen is so dark I can barely see anything. My setting were reset by the dude working there. Took my iPhone in this place had to fix my charging port and my speaker. He cleaned my charging port out. When changing my speaker to this lower quality speaker he broke my original screen and replaced it with some oled screen, later that day the screen came off my phone. I took it back the very next day as soon as they opened he tried to tell me if the screen isn’t cracked they will repair for free. And now my screen has come off again so I’m headed to buy a new phone.
Took my phone to get fixed here & I never will go here again. Literally went up there 3 times total and phone is still messed up I literally just give up going up there. Go somewhere else please
This place will scam you, I came here to get my iphone 15 pro screen fixed and they sold me a cheap “oled” screen and a cheap screen protector. A week into using my phone, half of my screen became bright white and my screen protector chipped. When I went to get a replacement, which would be covered under the warranty, they had the audacity to say I dropped my phone and tried to charge me for a new screen. Called them in hopes of a hail mail and they came through, not only that we were in and out in less than 39 mins. If I ever need another Apple product fixed I know where I’m going again! 5 stars!!!
