This brand new gas station is already on decline. Lack of routine maintenance is causing malfunctions at gas pumps as well as the car wash. Now I have $45 tied up due to a malfunctioning gas pump, gas pump 10 to be exact. And then the store manager refuses to refund the money because the pump said it pumped 45.00 worth of gas and yet a single ounce did not come out!
