I was very excited when first contacting this company. After they failed to negotiate a debt for me, I had to hire a lawyer because the company sued me. I also had another debt that they contacted but never got back to me about. 3 months later I received a bill for services that never happened. That also won't take my phone calls or email me back. Poor company
