After joining the unfortunately large club of Calgarians who’ve had their catalytic converter stolen, I was referred to Minute Muffler and had a great experience. They gave me honest, realistic options for the repair, the rates were very reasonable, and the service was incredibly fast. Honestly, I think they had the car fixed faster than the thief removed the converter. Really appreciated the transparency and efficiency. If you find yourself in the same unlucky situation, these are the people to see.
Really reliable! They make a great effort to explain the underlying issues and explain possible options in layman terms. I have brought my vehicle here for several years and will continue to do so.
Excellent service! They were quick to diagnose (if you drive a Honda Civic, hear a pop and then your car is ready to go on the race track), this place knows the fix! The ladies that assisted at the front desk were very knowledgeable and you even get a Tim's coffee on the house during the wait. Price for the fix is reasonable. They even took the time to explain what went wrong like the other reviews (even gave a diagram for reference). Exceeded expectations. Will spread the word and great job! 👍
