Extremely helpful and accommodating. I'm most grateful for their assistance, they helped me out when the big shots at the dealership were unable and unwilling to even try to get the job done (under warranty, no less). These guys had my truck diagnosed, repaired and back on the road in 30 minutes. Yeah it was a minor, straight-forward issue but these guys were willing to help when others who should have been responsible totally dropped the ball. Thanks guys! Awesome job! Restored some of my faith in humanity.
Jason's a great guy and runs an amazing shop. I've never been let down and had a lot of amazing work done by these guys. Custom exhausts, mechanical work, tire installations, you name it. He's taken care of me over the years and he's earned my business many times over due to the care due diligence I've seen them put towards my vehicles. This is the place to go if you need automotive work done. I'm as loyal as it gets because they've earned it. Couldn't be happier. Thank you!
Cannot thank or rate these guys high enough! I have never had such a helpful, positive and friendly experience with ANY mechanic shop… and I’ve been to a ton around BC and the States. I've taken my car there twice now, once for some maintenance and an oil change, and then for an exhaust issue that they diagnosed for me. Each time, my car was ready roughly when they promised, and everyone there was a pleasure to deal with. I also love how they'll send email updates with pictures as they work on your car. Will not hesitate to bring my car back there in the future!
Hand a hitch installed on van, when I went to pick it up Justin told me the charge was 1.5 times the normal hourly rate due I brought the hitch in. Not once in our previous talk about the simple install did he mention it would be billed at time and a half. Very unprofessional. I will not return
