Hand a hitch installed on van, when I went to pick it up Justin told me the charge was 1.5 times the normal hourly rate due I brought the hitch in. Not once in our previous talk about the simple install did he mention it would be billed at time and a half. Very unprofessional. I will not return

Brought my friend in for an exhaust replacement. They only did half of what he asked for. The welds failed and broke. More than twice. Then he brought it In again after the last break, it did damage to his wiring and was still stuck paying the bill again. Boooooo
