I was having my bathroom remodeled when it came to a sudden halt. The comody was broken somehow down inside the floor. I called JS Mintz Co. They were at my home within 2 hours, fixed and installed the comode and was gone within an hour. They were courtesy, professional and thank God, so knowledgeable. I do appreciate their promptness. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone and be proud to do so. Thank you JS Mintz for a great job!
I was quoted "tops $500" and billed $850 to replace a water heater that was under warranty. They brought the wrong heater and charged me drive time to go back and pick up the correct water heater ($125/hour). I was never given a call to say that the bill would be higher than quoted, yet when the bill came and I questioned it, I was given a very generic invoice which reflected that everything is billed at $125/hour, including drive time (and due to their errors) and time it takes to fill out paperwork for the warranty company... read more
