Michael is a true professional and goes to bat for his clients. This was not the easiest transaction (due to outside factors) but between shopping for the best deal, and then helping us keep that deal intact through a prolonged contingent closing, Michael was the port in the storm! I would recommend him to anyone looking for help with a loan.
We had an AMAZING experience with Michael Clark. It was very clear from the beginning, Michael advocates for his clients. He cut through the nonsense with the lending company, got us the lowest mortgage rate on the street and gave us frequent updates through the process. Professional at every step, Michael found the right time for humor to reduce the normal stress associated with the process. He's a genuinely NICE GUY. I trust Michael so much, I sent my son to Michael for their mortgage. 5 stars IS NOT ENOUGH!
