The reception staff who work here are disorganized, incompetent, and the most unhelpful staff I’ve ever dealt with. Although the ND (Alana Shaw) seems knowledgeable, receiving adequate and responsible follow up care isn’t happening here and unfortunately dealing with the admin staff is a bad enough experience that it is a barrier to receiving reliable care here. I had the pleasure of getting treatment done with Dr. Krista Moyer. She was so friendly and listened intently to all my needs and explained everything thoroughly especially taken on board this was my first time receiving this treatment. From speaking to Dr. Alana Shaw right through to the lovely receptionists, my overall experience was nothing short of amazing and I can’t wait to get back.

Simply put, Dr Krista Moyer is a genius. She is absolutely fascinating to listen to and learn from. She goes above and beyond leaving no details behind. It is such a privilege to be in her care. Not only is she a phenomenal doctor, she is so lovely to deal with. I always look forward to our next appointments and am extremely grateful for all she has done for me. :)
A wonderful place for your health and wellness. I visit Mint regularly for Naturopathic, Acupuncture, RMT and Chiropractic services and every single staff member I’ve met or had treatment with is an absolute delight. Professional, knowledgable and fun, this is truly a special place with practitioners dedicated to helping you improve your overall health. I cannot recomMINT them highly enough.
