I have been using Rick Haight for 15 years for all my real estate transactions. They always do a great job.
Make sure they will tell you upfront how much they will charge to meet with you. I got charged $300 for a 5 minute meeting and two emails in an HOA case, they told me about the charge in an official letter!! Be very carefull when doing business with these people!
