If looking to get a piercing avoid this place and go to either True Image or a reputable place in Pittsburgh. April uses cheap jewelry & terrible customer service. Took my daughter here to get her nose pierced. She was so excited, but 4 days later developed a keloid then the earring fell out. I referred my sons girlfriend for her for a belly button piercing, she called on a Wednesday and scheduled it for that Saturday.
