We weren't customers and needed some help. They jumped in quickly and got us exactly what we needed. Helping those that aren't currently customers is such a change from the big banks, I couldn't be happier. Now we are customers!!! Excellent combination of small bank service with big bank technology.
Poor service, employees that I dealt with at this branch seem to be disinterested and not very helpful. Maybe St Cloud branch could train them in customer service?
