This was the best experience imaginable for a huge project of new high quality vinyl siding, new exterior doors, soffits, facia, and downspouts. They have the most fair price around and do a great job of sticking to the original estimate. Alex and his crew have been great to work with, I have had him work on multiple things on my property. He has replaced my deck, siding, roof, windows and privacy fence. Alex even came out right away when I had water coming out of the vent in my bathroom ceiling on a Saturday. He went above and beyond in helping remedy the issue. I would highly recommend using Minnlake Building & Remodeling for any project big or small in your home.
Alex's work is phenomenal. He is responsive and reasonable with prices. Alex had a vision to do a minor roof/porch/house repair and executed it masterfully. I definitely will be calling Alex again.
