haven’t hired them, but their driver was driving like a maniac this morning, drifting into other lanes.
I recently am working on a bonus room above my garage. We had ship lap, trim delivered along with cabinets made. The professionalism and communication from Minnesota Valley Millwork has been remarkable. And this goes to say from Sam in delivery, Grant the cabinet maker, and Kevin on the installs. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. My wife and I are extremely happy!
If I could award them negative stars I would. After submitting fully detailed and accurate drawings and window schedule the customer service guy(TK) proceeded to not only criticize the schedule as being inconsistent but UNbiddable. I have full bids from others with no problems! It appeared from the context of his one-sided diatribe he tried to scale the elevation views and somehow found them inconsistent with the sizes listed on the schedule(they are not, CAD is accurate to within thousandths of an inch).
