Been banking with them my whole life and have had nothing but great service. Super friendly and helpful. The website and mobile app could be improved but the people are honest and top quality.
We had a fraudulent transaction of $100. They said you have to call a toll free number to their fraud dept. We filled out a form and never heard back from the fraud dept or the credit union!!!! We wanted to close our account and have to wait 2 weeks due to a debit of under $10 that has already cleared! We have 2 car loans paid in full. What to you have to do to get good service?
