Got told today that the question I asked was “dumb”. Should have gotten the lady’s name but I will be making a stop there to discuss my concerns with management. The staff should not make their customers feel like idiots even if my question was “dumb”. ☆☆☆☆ I have had nothing but frustrating and disappointing experiences with Minnesota Valley Federal Credit Union. From the very beginning, their customer service set the tone. Employees are consistently rude, unhelpful, and dismissive, leaving you feeling like a burden instead of a valued customer. Instead of offering solutions, they brush off concerns or talk in circles until you give up.
