NEVER use this credit union, they are absolute GARBAGE. They recently changed their app and it was the wort decision theyve made. It takes away all convenience they had, and when i tried to call to transfer money, they were rude as hell. Also, they like to charge people fees EVEN WHEN THERE IS MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT. They have ZERO regard for their members. Literally the most pompus and stuck up workers I have ever dealt with. Do not go here.
They closed my account where I was a victim of a bad check so I deposited it the out a hold on it I fit my SSDI check went to deposit. my check only to find I no longer had a account if I were you I'd go elsewhere to do my vabjing
Got told today that the question I asked was “dumb”. Should have gotten the lady’s name but I will be making a stop there to discuss my concerns with management. The staff should not make their customers feel like idiots even if my question was “dumb”. ☆☆☆☆ I have had nothing but frustrating and disappointing experiences with Minnesota Valley Federal Credit Union. From the very beginning, their customer service set the tone. Employees are consistently rude, unhelpful, and dismissive, leaving you feeling like a burden instead of a valued customer. Instead of offering solutions, they brush off concerns or talk in circles until you give up.
