Delaney might actually be a miracle worker. I had a shoulder issue that was caused by lifting and over the course of about 2 months, with her guidance, I have full range of motion and strength back!
MAT has been a life saver for me! I have lived with chronic pain for most of my life. I am committed to my physical well being and this is part of that plan. I can walk in (or not if I have foot pain) and after an hour walk out pain free. Our world has become sedentary- if we want to be pain free we must keep our bodies moving and not just take a pill. Give MAT and Minnesota Muscle Activation a try you have nothing to loose other than your pain!!!!
I have experienced the powerful effects of muscle activation (MAT) and Delaney is one of the best! She is knowledgeable and skilled in the technique. I highly recommend her and MAT treatment. It is a challenging technique to learn and apply. I am a chiropractor and Delaney is my “go-to” referral for MAT treatment.
