Rude staff. Long wait times on their phone just to have Reps disregard what you're trying to ask/explain. If explanations aren't warranted then change your Robot to say so.
Rude and condescending representatives. Wait times are atrocious especially when they rush you to get off the phone, questions don’t get answered, and they make it a point that they’re not there to answer questions because we should go online and find answers there.
