Great people to deal with for all your bike needs. Took my bikes in for repairs and they did a great job with no problems.
Tried calling to ask some questions about purchasing some products for my e-bike. I got ZERO call back after calling 2 different times and also messaging him twice. Very lousy service here. Not sure how he’s even in business he never answers his phone. I’ve had nothing but bad luck at this place and will be steering clear also letting everyone know how this shady business operates. Doesnt answer his phone and Doesn’t return customers phone calls. Unless you’re dropping 3-4000$ on a new bike he doesn’t have the time of day for anyone else. I’ll take my business back to SCHEELS they’ll answer their phone and get you in same day. I’m done here. He deserves 0 stars.
