Absolutely crap.
Honestly I wld have never guessed our experience with the Department of Revenue would be so pleasant. The man who assisted us was understanding and listened to our concerns. He did all he cld to help us find a solution! We so appreciate the help we received.
I would have gotten better info from a bum in the street than the woman working here. You'd think they'd do better.
Empty!!! This is what happens when our lazy employees, living of our tax money as salary, don't go to work at the office but instead protest against the governor for making them go back to work at the office. Empty building, empty cafeteria, empty light rail. Serving no one!! Get back to work at the office! Stop wasting my tax money! Tear down the damn building and light rail. Build a park, be better served.
