Since Keith Ellison took over the office they have essentially stopped helping consumers. No consumer complaint seems taken seriously or acted upon. They also allow health insurance companies like United Health Care to break laws in Minnesota with impunity and no consequences such as paying off nursing homes to keep people out of the hospital when they needed hospitalization, which is literal murder.

I have filed a complaint for wage theft and failure to pay ESST from a previous employer who blatantly refused to keep records or good business practices. I have sent complaints into every government office that I have been bounced around to. Each office has taken an intake but will refuse to do anything about it. What’s the point of any of these government offices if you won’t do a single thing about polices put in place. Same on you Minnesota employees deserve better.
