Ordered a chair in person, nice simple enough. Waiting the quoted 6-weeks before calling and then I'm informed of another ~4-week delay. The chair in question is still listed on their site as a 14-day delivery, at a price lower than I paid. Perfectly nice n' reasonable people but I'm just not following how this is a 5.0 through 200+ reviews. Both order management was poor and inaccurate inventory/estimates are on the website. An email of an additional delay would have frustrating but solved this.
It was a great experience with Minnesofa! Good price, good quality sectionals, great communications as well as friendly delivery services.
Love the new couch and saved a couple thousand vs buying at Ashley. Delivery guys were great too.
Everything from sales to delivery was exceptional. Was a joy to purchase from an honest, local business.
