Kristi was absolutely wonderful, I've been trying to figure out what was going on trying to deposit my check online for moths! She went above and beyond, discovered the problem and found an amazing solution for me when everyone else blew me off! 1000/10 person!!!

I entered the NEPO-Belmont branch of Minnequa Works CU in Pueblo, CO and I was disoriented and in need of help and reassurance after an unfortunate event. Courtney was exceptionally helpful and courteous as I had come into to explain that my phone had been hacked and needed to inform the Credit Union of my misfortune and to straighten out some aspects of my business.
