They'll lose your online bill payment, the payee will never receive it, then it'll take 3-5 business days to refund, and they don't care about the late fees they caused. I've never experienced the rudeness like I experienced at the Abriendo location, so tellers being rude and acting like they don't care for my business in combination with them not making the payment I made through online bill pay, I'm done with this joke of a bank. I'll be doing business with ENT from now on.
So I've been in the middle of moving from two states over, I had my check in my purse at the bottom I had forgot about it so I'll go in there to try to cash it because I already tried my bank I had tried King Soopers and also Walmart and since their machine could not read it I had to go to a credit union. So I'll go in there and they refuse to cash their own check because I don't want an account with them. There is nowhere else for me to go to cash the check! It's just such a disgrace to see. Whatever you do, do not come here for banking needs. The tellers are rude and incompetent. They couldn’t even take change for a deposit because they said it would exceed their drawer? What kind of credit union doesn’t take change? I hope this credit union goes out of business. It’s what it deserves. Then these rude tellers will be out of jobs because they obviously aren’t happy with their jobs right now. Good riddance!
I had a great experience at the Credit Union. I took care if my financial business thru the drive-thru with no problems. Thank you Minnequa Works CU.
