I have received good customer service.
I went into your bank today to cash a check for my 9 year old son. It was a birthday present from his grandma. We were not greeted with a hello or even a smile. The girl asked if she can help with a very bland look. The check for $20 was made out to my son. They said they could not cash it because he had no I'd. They, there was 3 sitting there, said I could not cash it with my I'd neither. They never asked if we were interested in opening a new account.
