I purchased a Kodiak Phoenix futon from Amazon in January 2020. Within months of owning, we started experiencing issues. First, the mattress started to sag; the company sent a new one. After I contacted them by email. Unfortunately, the new mattress did the very same thing. Then it started to creak ( loudly).
