He and his office are not professional or reliable. They make appointments and stand clients up without calls or messages. They are totally horrible and I would NEVER recommend anyone to their office. Staff is also nasty and rude and talk down to clients. I should contact the Brooklyn Bar Association and the BBB about their behavior. They need to treat potential clients with respect.
