Very rude and unprofessional employees (the employees at the counter seemed like they never wanted to work there, slammed a mug i was buying on the counter almost breaking it before I got to buy it)
The worst miniso I’ve been to. Very overstimulating, with it smelling so strong and being so bright and loud. Also it’s extremely hot in there. All of their displays are false too, you won’t find what’s on display. The staff didn’t even acknowledge me or my friend when we walked in. They were just talking to one another and not caring. Go elsewhere. The Rockingham and Natick Mall ones are good.
Staff have no idea about the items they have We did ask about the item, and we tried to explain to them that it came in a box of 8, and you needed to be unopen it, as you would not get the same item in a box of 8. P.s. I don't give a one easily.
The stuff on their front display is street dated. Shopped around only to be told I had to come back tomorrow to actually buy anything. Why is a collection out and on display if customers aren’t allowed to buy anything from it?
Rude employee (there’s a guy there he’s very rude. The girls seemed nice but the young guy is very unprofessional)
