I was at this store today with my niece and she picked out 2 items we purchased them and than went out to the bench that was located right in front of the store to try out the phone case she bought. Unfortunately the case did not fit and we went right back in, so in total we were out of the store for maybe 2 mins, we went back in to see if we could return it or exchange it for something else, we were told no, so I questioned it and than was told I couldn’t because we did a split payment which still made no sense to me.I cont... read more

Items in this store don't have price stickers, so you have to go by the red price signs. My child chose an item that was clearly labeled $16.99, but at checkout I was told it was almost $40! To be clear , the item was not misplaced, the whole rack was mislabeled. The rude manager refused to honor the displayed price, and was extremely unkind, initially refusing even to give me the email for customer service. Went to the store today 03/21 and your cashier is rude when I asked him to explain how taxes are presented on your receipts. All he had to do was explain, no need for snarky comments. As customers, we have a right to know!
