I have been taking this cab company since early 2016 and the old owner was wonderful this new owner has been causing nothing but problems for the drivers and the clients alike. Most people don't know about Butte is a lot of people that live here that cannot drive due to physical or mental disabilities and rely on these guys to only have them act rude and unprofessional all the time. I couldn't afford it but I have to go through and get myself an electric bike just so I can make sure I get places on time.

Terrible experience. I had called ahead 4 hours on 8/25/25 to get picked up at 4:30 to get my truck from the mechanic. Nobody was to be found at 4:35. I called back to ask where my taxi was and the guy answering the phones was having a whole conversation with someone else at the same time about something that wasnt even remotely related to the business. PLEASE READ! Real review is 0 STARS! I’m done… I don’t like to leave bad reviews I really don’t, but this is unreal. This taxi service is exceptionally pitiful. I am sitting here after waiting for an hour. This is not the first time either, about the 10th. They are so rude, very expensive, AND the taxis are extremely DIRTY too. Every time this happens they say “I’ll be 15 minutes .” So I call them at the 30 minute mark to make sure they’re still coming to which they say “I’m right around the corner.” Here I am though once ag... read more

One of their drivers almost ran me off the road today while I had clients in the vehicle. They were right next to me on Harrison and came straight over into my lane and then sped up. Luckily I was able to swerve just in time. This is unacceptable driving for someone who drives for a living. 0 STARS.
