PLEASE READ! Real review is 0 STARS! I’m done… I don’t like to leave bad reviews I really don’t, but this is unreal. This taxi service is exceptionally pitiful. I am sitting here after waiting for an hour. This is not the first time either, about the 10th. They are so rude, very expensive, AND the taxis are extremely DIRTY too. Every time this happens they say “I’ll be 15 minutes .” So I call them at the 30 minute mark to make sure they’re still coming to which they say “I’m right around the corner.” Here I am though once ag... read more
One of their drivers almost ran me off the road today while I had clients in the vehicle. They were right next to me on Harrison and came straight over into my lane and then sped up. Luckily I was able to swerve just in time. This is unacceptable driving for someone who drives for a living. 0 STARS.
Lyft might cost more but save your mind. This company is awful. Lady who answers the phone is so rude. They make u wait over 30 minutes for a ride you scheduled 2 hrs before. They charge different prices for the same route depending on driver a god awful company
