Dispatch says a time and some excuse why he's late , times come and gone and no where to be seen ! This is s common occurrence lately
This place run by unprofessional terminal manager. He thinks he own the place with bad attitude toward drivers and customers he will not make it anywhere. Poor service with MINIMAX and there clowns.
Manager from this location, trying to abuse a driver. He literally approach a driver to punch him. This unsafe behaviour not tolerate throughout minimax location. This incident happened in minimax property. This is how minimax treat their customers and drivers. They are unprofessional and their head office needs to train their manager to handle a customers in the proper manner.
