Guy was friendly but almost nothing is authentic/licensed. Will actively lie to you about the authenticity of items. Also asking more money than the authentic goods.
Terrible experience at this poor establishment. I purchased a Hatsune Miku item that was advertised as a pin but when I opened it, it was a button. Ok fine, whatever, that’s ok—I go to put it on my bag, and it breaks. Great. I go to the store for a refund, they said they don’t do refunds, great again. I had to get store credit even though I would never want to step foot into this store again, and the process took forever.
