Merch was very obviously bootleg besides for the model kits and they use ai for some merch, went there to get souvenirs from my trip and everything was overpriced but the staff was nice, the employee Nicole was very helpful and kind and my kids loved her. wouldn't recommend going there for anything besides the staff and Gundam.
Such a nice place to buy everything related to Anime! Btw, posters are Incredible; the quality of these are Amazing! Hope I'll be there soon again!
