Our local alpaca association purchases 3 tons of alpaca supplements/treats three or 4 times a year and individual members pick them up at the warehouse at a specific time. These stores have great cigarette prices, and competitive prices on pet supplies. Plus, they're always friendly and helpful!
I have been buying my dog food and other products for a few years now at this Mini Pet Mart. I always have a good experience! The employees are friendly, and are always willing to assist me. They grap the heavy bags for me and carry them to my car. I definitely recommend this location!
The folks at this Pet Store are FANTASTIC!!!!! They have gone out of their way to make sure that the food and treats that I feed my cat are in their store for me so I don't have to drive all over town looking for them!!!! They always have a smile to greet me and are always right there to help me out to my car!! Thanks Everyone!!! And Angel says Thank you too!!
I have lived in Grants Pass, Oregon for over 20 years, and have shopped at Mini Pet Mart for at least 20 years, the service has always been very customer friendly. They go out their way to help each customer with their pet needs. I've had 3 labs, 15 cats in the 20 years I have shopped at MPM and they have always asked me if they could help me with my pets needs, and they always have offered to carry my pets purchases out to my car.
Talk about rude service! Acted like it was out of there way to ring up my purchases. Won't be going back. Will spend my money someplace else.
