Your price was 50% more expensive than that of Hertz. Your demanded security deposit was twice as much as that of Hertz. And most importantly, you were rude. I was glad that I compared with Hertz, which was just around the corner, afterwards.

This car rental place is very disappointing seriously avoid it. Scam. The price quoted over the phone was completely different from the price given when I arrived. I travelled 25 minutes by cab to get there. They suddenly asked for two bank cards and a $5,500 bond because it was a prestige car, which was never explained to me during the phone conversation. The customer service was very poor, and the staff did not seem clear or consistent with the information they were providing.

Horribly unreliable! After confirming my booking they ask for double the price, saying that if I don't like it I can go somewhere else. Waste of time.
