I’ve rented from Mini Koala Car Rental multiple times before and have always paid a $500 deposit without any issues. However, my experience today was extremely disappointing. The owner’s mother was handling things today, and her behaviour towards us was rude and unprofessional. Not only did she speak to us disrespectfully, but she also suddenly demanded an $800 deposit, claiming “it’s increased”. I’m not a customer for this store but I passed through around this store and their dog chased and barked at me for a long time. I love dogs but it was really annoying. Moreover, they didn’t stop the dog and apologise….only thing they did was screaming at the dog.

One of the worst rental place i have been . When i went there i met an old lady . She was very mean and rude towards us . And when i tell her we are customer don’t shout she told you are not god . She was yapping the car needs 800 dollar just to clean but the car was already cleaned. Please my humble request never visit this car rental. Doesn’t know how to behave with customers and try to scam .
