Worst people to work with ever. They buy my general business insurance policy. All i ask for is a COI because my landlord required it. They said they would send but never does. I emailed them, texted them, and called. They dont respond and never send me my COI. The worst people i have ever ran into in service.
I have an insurance policy going with them. I requested for the COI but never got it even weeks after made the payment. They are not responding to my email, text messagung or call. Worst if the worsts.
1 star for over charging their customer. I file my tax with minh hai for the passed 3 year and they charge $250-$300 for me and my wife W2 plus stocks investment. this year for filing 2025, they see I made more than previous year. they charge me $1070 for 2025 tax return and they want $500 deposits for next year filing. I am not paying a $500 deposits for near year filling. These people are at minh hai are a rip-off predatory business that have no ethic and treating their customer unfairly.
This place was not welcoming at all .Really pricey .Do not come here if your not of Asian descent!!!
