I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences with Ming Massage. The staff is always rude and unaccommodating. I’ve called multiple times to book a foot reflexology session, only to be rejected with excuses like they’re too busy or tired. There’s never any effort to offer alternative times or make the customer feel valued. The overall vibe is far from welcoming, and it’s been an unpleasant experience every time. I just had a full body massage at Ming Massage in Niles and it was amazing! My therapist, Rosie, did an incredible job—she really knew how to target the pressure points on my back and shoulders. After the session, my body felt completely revived. I’m definitely coming back. Thank you, Rosie!
