Bickering between staff
While a small number of the staff are excellent, the others don't care about customers and just chat away with each other, doing an average to well below average job. I'm sure they don't want to damage their fancy nail job! This place is also dirty and the cloths they use on your shoulders smell of damp and make your cloths smell bad too. They are also TERRIBLE at taking bookings and actually keeping them. Won't be going back!
Average at best. Very poor ambience
I told my masseuse multiple times that he was pressing too hard- only to be laughed at. He asked if the pressure was good constantly, and when I said no it’s too hard he would press harder. I am unsure if this is a language barrier issue or if he was blatantly not listening to me. I have been left with bruises all over my back like this & work a manual labour job- I am now unable to lift heavy items as I usually would due to how much pain I am in. The whole experience was extremely uncomfortable & a waste of money.
My first massage in years and it was pretty good. Was absolutely ruined by the masseuse asking if i wanted to do 90mins instead of the 40mins I booked for and ignoring my answer of “not this time, i have somewhere to be”. Of course because I’m laying down enjoying this massage I have no idea its taking longer than its supposed to until i hear another patron who came in while i was on the table asking for 50 minutes LEAVE.
