My daughter and I had an afternoon spa massage through the wowcher scheme. The facilities were good and staff were amazing. The pool is only 4ft deep so no worry on being out of depth. The poolside beds were comfortable but a bit tired and had a difinite dip in the centre, I found it hard to get up from them. The hot jacuzzi was hot and sauna/steam room too. Despite acceptable facilities, our experience at the Crowne Plaza spa was disappointing and far from relaxing. While the spa team was welcoming, the experience was flawed from the start. First, the advertised child-free times weren’t followed, and children were present during our visit. I would highly recommend the spa treatment at the Crowne Plaza a lovely Christmas gift from my family It was a lovely experience as it was my first visit to a spa Both Beth and Mariia made myself and my daughter feel welcome on arrival Very friendly wonderful atmosphere fantastic service felt at ease a big shout out to you both so very grateful The whole 2hours what a difference I feel the facilities was stop on a choice of a gym swimming pool steam room hot tub and a massage Thank you x
