I brought my car here for a repair. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND any expectations I had. Not only was I able to get a loaner car on site, they handled all communications with the other guys insurance. When I picked up my car, I was pleasantly surprised to see a seamless repair PLUS a thoroughly clean car, inside and out! They also cleaned my over oxidized headlights so I can now see when driving at night. I will take any and all repairs to Mineola Paint & Body and Rental. Everyone showed me great customer service!
I would have been better off doing it myself. Was minor, but they did the worst possible job. Apparently they have a problem with the people that referred me, because when I mentioned why they were treating me terribly when I am friends of their friends, they laughed at me. If you want work with visible and unfinished bog, and orange-peal paint, by people that will laugh at you when you ask them to fix their amateurish work, come here.
