I was dealing with a critical, time sensitive issue, and after multiple discussions with a paralegal at this practice, a meeting was scheduled with an elderly hospice patient. I was informed the day before the meeting that Ms. Stein would not be able to assist. I had already scheduled an airline flight to the patient the following day and was unable to obtain replacement counsel to help the patient on such short notice. Awful experience that endangered the welfare of the patient's disabled daughter.
