I’ve had several sessions with Mindy and she has made such a big difference in my life. I came to her with some habits I wanted to change. I also had some goals for living a healthier, more fit lifestyle, and hypnotherapy helped with that as well. What a life changing experience! Mindy is very knowledgeable and explains the process before doing any hypnosis. Struggling for years after only 1 session I saw a huge improvement in myself. I was calm and relaxed. I don't think I have ever felt so calm. I look forward to working with Mindy and hypnosis to improve all areas of my life! Mindy is absolutely an Angel sent from above! My daughter has been going in and out of this tumbling mental block for over 2 years now and has been so hard on herself.
